Paul Starkman moderates teleseminar for ALI-ABA

Paul E. Starkman

On January 26 Chicago Partner Paul Starkman spoke at a teleseminar for ALI-ABA entitled “Avoiding Employment Audits and Class Actions in an Era of Increased Enforcement Activity.” Mr. Starkman spoke with Donald Livingston, partner at Akin Gump and former General Counsel of the EEOC, and Dr. Malcolm Cohen, expert employment statistician.

The 90 minute audio program examined the latest developments in employment audits and class actions in light of the following examples of recent and expected increased government enforcement.

ALI-ABA is a partnership of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the American Law Institute (ALI) created to provide a national program of post-admission legal education. Its mission is to educate the bar in general, to work with state and local bar groups to meet lawyers’ CLE needs and to assist in establishing organizations that would develop their own CLE programs.
